Julia is a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who brings passion and expertise to her role at Southern Pediatric Therapy. She earned her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Mississippi in May and has been a familiar face at our clinic, having completed her final graduate school semester as a student clinician with us.

Julia’s clinical experiences include treatment and assessment at Hernando Hills Elementary School, Mississippi State Veteran's Home, and the University of Mississippi Speech and Hearing Center. During graduate school, she demonstrated her commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration by presenting to a group of registered dietitians and SLP graduate students on the assessment process for dysphagia. Additionally, she has held multiple leadership roles, showcasing her drive and dedication to the field.

With her well-rounded background and enthusiasm for pediatric therapy, Julia is an invaluable addition to the Southern Pediatric Therapy team. She is excited to continue serving the Hernando community and helping children achieve their communication goals.
