SPT’s Owner, Jennifer Pacileo, is a native of Memphis, TN but moved to Hernando, Mississippi in 2017. Jennifer and her husband Derek have three sons Brooks, Brody, and Briggs. The Pacileo family has deep ties to the Hernando community and actively serves on multiple committees. Her family has served as a coach and volunteer for the Hernando Recreational Department since 2019 and Jennifer has been an occupational therapy provider since 2013 with a specialty in Pediatrics. She graduated with her Masters in Occupational Therapy with an emphasis on business and leadership. In 2018, after twelve years of perseverance, prayer, and strategic planning, Jennifer realized her dream by opening Southern Pediatric Therapy in Hernando, Mississippi. The clinic offers occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, and music therapy to the community and local schools. What began as a one-person team has evolved into a thriving ensemble of thirty healthcare professionals.

Jennifer's mission and vision for Southern Pediatric Therapy is to provide a professional and loving space for the team, patients and their families, as well as make a tremendous impact on the community. Jennifer has recently created the "Rising Stars Sports Program" as well as funded "Buddy Benches" for a local Elementary School. She is excited and enthusiastic to provide future opportunities for the children of Hernando and local communities.
